Mei Terumi -The 5th Mizukage

Mei Terumi is the Fifth Mizukage Mizukage; of Kirigakure. She became Mizukage in recent years, after the dreadful reign of Yagura ended.

Mei is a cheerful person who is almost always smiling regardless of what she is saying, such as when promising to kill someone.
